Methods and times of delivery

The average delivery time is 2-3 working days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded), but these may vary due to force majeure such as weather conditions and strikes. 

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays, delivering the products to the address specified in the order.

It 's very important during the purchase process, indicate a valid email address and a cell phone number, to allow the courier to communicate the taking charge of the shipment and thus optimize the mode of delivery. 

Pharmacy Italy ships by express courier GLS, which always offers a fast and guaranteed service.

In the check-out page, you can choose the nearest pick-up point fermopoint to you. 

Upon arrival of the package at the fermopoint you have indicated, you will receive a sms and a confirmation email with the code needed for the withdrawal.

Your package can stay in storage up to 14 days. On the 7th day a new reminder email is sent and on the 13th day a further email inviting you to pick up. On the 15th day the package is returned to the sender for completion of storage.

Using the service withdrawal points fermopoint is not possible to pay cash on delivery.

Shipping Costs

Farmacia Italia applies the following shipping costs valid only for Italy:

Express Courier

For amounts up to € 45.00: Shipping cost of € 5.90

For amounts over € 45.00: Free Shipping

These rates are valid only for Italy with the exception of Venice (€ 19.90), the smaller islands (€ 19.90), Campione d'Italia (€ 73) and the free zone of Livigno (€ 37). For shipments abroad we will provide quotes on request.

The additional fee to use the Fermo!point pick-up service, with orders under 45,00€, is 1,99€ plus the shipping cost.

Return of goods and right of withdrawal

If the Customer is a "consumer" (i.e. a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out), has the right, pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 206/2005 updated by the Consumer Code in implementation of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights in force since June 14, 2014, to withdraw from the Sale and Purchase Agreements within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Products covered by the Sale and Purchase Agreements. The Right of Withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer by sending a written notice to Farmacia Italia by e-mail to the address indicated on the Contact page, containing:

- the manifestation of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal;

- an indication of the order number which gave rise to the Sale and Purchase Agreement from which he intends to withdraw.

In case of exercise by the Customer of the right of withdrawal:

- the Customer must return the Products within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal notice;

- All costs associated with the return of the Products shall be borne entirely by the Customer.

- Farmaciaitalia undertakes to refund the Price in the shortest time possible, and in any case within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal provided that:

- the products have been returned and are intact;

- the original packaging/wrapping of the products is also returned and is intact;

- any accessories are also returned and the same are intact;

- the products have not been used in a manner different from that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation;

Farmaciaitalia will inform the customer how to refund the price and may, to this end, require the customer's bank details (IBAN and account holder).

In case the product is deteriorated or damaged Farmaciaitalia will still refund the product, but at the price decreased by the depreciation caused by the customer.

The customer acknowledges that the withdrawal of the product is his precise obligation under the purchase contract.

In the event that the package is refused, the customer will be charged the shipping costs and all other costs for the return to the sender.

In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the address specified in the order form, after two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be "in storage" at the headquarters of the courier. In case of failure to collect the product within five working days from the first delivery attempt, the contract will be terminated and the purchase order consequently canceled pursuant to art. 1456 c.c.. Once the contract has been resolved, the total amount paid by the Client will be reimbursed, after deducting the costs of the unsuccessful delivery of the Product and the costs of its return. 

The termination of the contract and the amount of the refund will be communicated to the Customer via e-mail.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal: 

The Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised:

(a) in case of purchase of medicines and medical devices;

b) in case of purchase of food, beverages and other goods for everyday consumption;

c) in the event of purchases of less than 50 euros (unless the total amount to be paid by the Consumer regardless of the amount of the individual contracts exceeds 50 euros);

d) in the case of a contract for a service after the service has been fully provided if the performance of the contract has begun with the express agreement of the Consumer

e) in case of supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized

f) in case of supply of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

g) in case of supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for hygienic or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery;

h) in case of delivery of goods which after delivery are by their nature inseparably mixed with other goods. 

Easy Return Service

In order to ensure a more convenient return of goods to be returned at a reasonable cost, but above all a faster overall procedure of restitution, which also follows a faster return of the amount of the order, you can take advantage of the service Easy Return, delivering your package in one of the 3800 Fermo!Point.

The cost of the service depends on the weight of your package and will be deducted from the refund of the order. 

The service can be used for all returns that meet the criteria described in the paragraph on the return of goods and right of withdrawal.
