Cash on delivery

Payment is made upon delivery of the goods in cash only.

Cash on delivery incurs a €4.50 fee for the courier to handle the payment.

Advance bank transfer

Along with the automatic email confirming receipt of your order, we will send you the details for the bank transfer to be made before the goods are dispatched. To speed up the shipping process, please send us a copy of the transfer.

Credit card

This payment method allows you to use your credit card to make purchases in complete security.

When confirming your order, simply select the “Credit card or PayPal” payment option to be transferred directly to the PayPal website, then select the link “Don't have a PayPal account?”.

The following credit cards are accepted: all VISA and MASTERCARD cards, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, and CARTA AURA.

We also accept payments via POSTEPAY, all rechargeable cards operating within the VISA ELECTRON circuit, and PAYPAL rechargeable cards.

At no point during the purchase process are we able to access information relating to the buyer's credit card or other methods chosen within the PayPal wallet.

PayPal

PayPal is another completely secure online payment method that allows you to pay for your order by logging directly into your account. Your account and credit card details will be managed directly by PayPal, which will simply send us an email notification once the payment has been made.

When confirming your order, simply select the “Credit card or PayPal” payment option to be transferred directly to the PayPal website. Then enter your email address and password to access your PayPal account and complete the payment.

AmazonPay

Simply use the button at checkout and you can pay with your debit or credit card using the information already saved in your Amazon account.

Apple Pay

You can also pay easily and securely with Apple Pay directly from your Apple device. Select Apple Pay at checkout and complete your purchase with Face ID or Touch ID, without having to manually enter your payment details. A fast and secure checkout.

Farmacia Italia ships via GLS and BRT express couriers, which have always offered a fast and guaranteed service.

Average shipping times are 2-4 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), but these may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions and strikes. 

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal business hours, excluding national holidays, delivering the products to the address specified at the time of ordering.

It is very important to provide a valid email address when purchasing, so that the courier can notify you when the shipment has been picked up and thus optimize the delivery method.

Shipping costs

Farmacia Italia applies the following shipping costs, valid only for Italy:

Express courier

For amounts up to €69.90: Shipping cost of €5.90

For amounts over €69.90: Free shipping

These rates are valid exclusively for Italy, with the sole exception of Venice (€19.90), the smaller islands (€19.90), Campione d'Italia (€73), and the free zone of Livigno (€37). For shipments abroad, we will provide quotes upon request.
